Warranty

Rugged Floats are built as a modular, no-air floating system with replaceable parts and adjustable components. Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery and contact us right away if anything arrives damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective.

We offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee covering manufacturing or assembly defects under normal use. If there is a verified issue with a component, we may provide a replacement part, repair solution, or replacement at our discretion.

Because Rugged Floats are a water-use product, used items cannot be returned for general preference reasons once placed in water. However, we’ll always work with customers to resolve legitimate product issues.
